I ordered my Season Tickets online on 07/30 (2-wks from tomorrow) and as of yesterday I still havent received them in the mail....

I am wondering if anyone has experienced this... If I still dont have them tomorrow.. should I just report to the Will-Call window and see if they'll allow me in? Thankfully I printed up my receipt and order confirmation, so that should serve as enough proof for them..... Thanks in advance... I look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow and throughout this entire season..and hopefully beyond....

Thanks for you response.... I decided to contact the ticket office myself (thought it possibly would take awhile to get thru, however, it took less than a min to reach a representative).... It seems my tickets were mailed out to me on 8/1, but was returned back to them for some odd reason...So I must go to Customer Service area tomorrow prior to the game to pick them up......I had my right address down...dont know why it was RTS'ed... Oh well.. at least that was resolved....

Edit: I forgot to ask them, but I guess some would know (thought I would find it online myself)...I cant seem to recall where the Customer Service area is located at SDS? Is it right near the ticket sales area?

Ditto D-Payne. I did the same exact thing. I liked the endzone but I never usually sat there a whole game anyway. I switch sections at halftime anyways plus I was broke at the time and 300 bucks for 2 seats kicks azz
