Cardinals 35

Skins 27

Rattay, Warner, and Boldin all have a passing TD each, and Edge scores 2 rushing TD's. Dansby, Wilson, Levi Brown, and Warner all play.

Yes. I know I am right about this one

I have complete faith in our defense featuring one of the top secondary units stopping the Cards attack. Where i lack the faith is our offense putting more that 17 up on the Cards defense. I think there will be a defensive score for both teams in this one.

I think it has something to do with the defense all of a sudden coming alove. Overall defense we are ranked #3. Eventually the havoc created by the D will translate into points on the board. But it has not happened yet, our offense is still trying to find the groove.

The wheels come off this week, but we regroup during the bye week. As long as we take care of business against the Niners and Browns at home, putting us at 5-5, we'll still be in decent shape to try and get a playoff spot.

When was the last time we won a game on the road against a team not named the Rams or Niners?

What did we see last week, against a horrible Panther team, that makes anyone think that we will be competitive in this game?

Our defense will be missing two very goodplayers in Fransisco and Dansby. This hurts us and we will give up to many points. If we can keep them to under 21 we have a chance. Q can make a difference and if Warner can play in the hurry up we can score points. Their O-line is hurting we must win the line of scrimmage battle on defense.

Score 21-20 us or them

is Dansby definitely out for this week? And when did Fransisco become a very good player?

Dansby is out 3-4 weeks. Fransico is one of our best on special teams as well as good back up at Safety. You watch him on the field and see for your self.

ugh - Dansby's out a month also? Jeez. And I do watch him on the field - dude's not even good enough to beat out a relatively weak Holt at S and our ST coverage is adequate at best. Not sure how that makes him a "very good player". Dansby - very good player? Absolutely. Fransisco with the same praise? no way.

I'm not to worried about Dansby being out as Beisel more than adequately replaced him last week. I'd be more concerned about Francisco missing. Regardless of what you think of his skills, he serves an important purpose in this defense and there is very little depth behind him.

If indeed the defense is tiring out in the 4th quarter, maybe people like Francisco need to have more playing time during the game.

Early word on the street is that Smoot will have to take over opposite Rogers this sunday vs. Cardinals. Ron Springs, as i reported before, Shawn's dad is in a Hosipital in dallas in a diabetic Coma. You hate to think about football in a time like that but i really think we need Shawn. Of course the fans understand, but it is just so unfortunate.

man do I disagree with this - Dansby is the heart and soul of this defense - he pressures the QB and can actually get to him (as opposed to Beisel who had a wide open shot at Vinny but Vinny OUTRAN him, which was just pathetic) but he's also huge in stopping the run. There's three guys on this defense, none of which we can afford to have out - Dockett, Wilson and Dansby - having one of them out is gonna hurt way more than one of our below average safeties being out. Granted they both hurt, but Dansby's a much bigger loss.
