You think he makes that much of a difference?? I mean he is good but... We completely shut down the Lions and Packers offenses which were at the top in Passing. Maybe warner 5 years ago would have picked us apart but i dont know about this weekend.

Hate to be the doomsayer, and I know "this team is different" and all..., but... All of the signs from yesteryear appear to be coming into full view - all of which foretell the beginning of the end of the season...

1.) No QB. Even if Kurt plays, I mean really, is that a plus given he'll be a one-armed fumble producer??

2.) O-Line injuries... Consequently, our run game and offensive production in general is steadily declining... In our last 3 games, Edge put up:

- 3.7 ypc & 77 yards
- 3.4 ypc & 88 yards
- 3.6 ypc & 80 yards

3.) Other key player injuries. Of course, all teams suffer injuries. However, this issue is amplified for the Cards as, well... we have NO depth... Dansby and Francisco being out will hurt us...

4.) We are coming off a bad loss and now travel across country. I don't need to remind everyone what happens when we are on the road and not playing the Rams, right??

5.) Our division is, in a word - PUTRID. All we need to do is get to 7 wins and we are a virtual lock for the post season. Which means a level that easy to attain only makes it that much more un-attainable for our Cards...

I can see this game being a back-breaking, excruciating experience... A tight game for the first 1 1/2 quarters - perhaps a 10-7 affair, and then all hell breaks loose with a final score looking like 31 - 10...

Man I hope I'm wrong... And if I am, then you can count me as one who views The Whiz as a savior... However, all the signs appear to be firmly in place. Is the Whiz finally the man to overcome the spell that has gripped this team for decades??

I think the difference here is that we have a running game and the packers don't. E.James is 2nd in the NFC in rushing. I can be wrong..who know!

Skins 27 Cards 10. Can't see Cards scoring many points with all the QB problems. Warner is not going to play and Rattay needs more time to learn and lift the offense. Plus the defense is not that good on the road.
Hope that I am wrong.

Additionally, you might have missed out on all of the fun over the years, but like no other team, the Cards can turn injury-burdened teams and their subs into Pro Bowlers! It's what we do!!!

I hate to say this but with a banged up warner if he goes and no dansby on defense probally I think we lose pretty big hope i'm wrong though

With our QB situation the Skins will stack the line of scrimmage and leave it to Rattay or a less than 100% Warner to beat them. Without Q at 100% we have little chance to do that. Our only hope is if the Skins receivers drop a lot of passes.
