Well, after 3 years in equipment leasing I decided it was time to try something different. I have started working with a different company called Done Deal Solutions, a local investment company that helps real estate agents and individuals as a cash buyer for distressed properties and as a negotiator with the bank for short sales. The economy... Being in equipment leasing is a good industry when businesses are growing, so as you know the last year had been really slow. I was getting tired of it after almost 4 years anyway. This is a new challenge, although being commission only I am going to pick up a bartending/server job at night to bridge the gap. Should be a very busy but hopefully productive couple of months. Thanks for asking.
