That kid is playing a huge role in us winning these games not only because he hasn't missed a FG but because he's got such a strong leg the coaches can coach knowing if they don't get teh first down he'll make the kick. And his KO's have been great all year.

at this point, you could argue he's our MVP. The team has needed every one of his kicks and he's made the "cushion" kicks needed to stretch leads late in games, while continually booming the ball out of the endzone on kickoffs.

They have all been confident, hard, down the middle kicks.

My thought also. He's been instrumental in every win.

Hell, I've never even heard his voice in an interview yet. So, it's weird to say something like "he has icewater in his veins", when, for all I know, he's a hyper dude like Feeley and Rackers.

But, his kicks sure look like he's one cool dude under pressure.

Yeah I stopped worrying about nerves with him by week 2. THe other thing i like is on the longer kicks he seems to get the ball up in the air quickly, lots of young guys in the NFL learn that the hard way getting long kicks blocked.

Big time leg. He's been amazing this year and I don't think he's had a close kick they all seem right up the middle.

That kicker from FSU might go in the first round he's a freak.

Catmando has been nails for us. I seriously doubt Feely would have made all of those kicks and I no he wouldn't be getting all the touchbacks this kid is getting. I would argue that the TB's might be even more important than being perfect on FG's.

Plus, we haven't tested his length yet. He can easily kick FGs in the 55 to 60 yard range IMO.

I understand, with the game situation and such, why Arians twice had Butler punt from around the 36 instead of having Catanzaro kick a FG. But, he could've IMHO.

He's playing at a Pro Bowl caliber right now. I know it's only 5 games, but he is nails.

He'd still be perfect if the goal posts were 5 feet apart.

And another 10 yards back...

His kickoffs shouldn't be underestimated. With our depleted defense, starting at the 20 and starting at the 30 or 35 is a huge difference.

He seems to be worth 7-10 points a game based on field goals and kickoffs. A huge improvement.

I bet Detroit would love to have him. They can't seem to find a kicker who misses less than two a game.

And a perfect last-round draft pick for my fantasy team :)
Well at least on ESPN fantasy he is all of like 3% owned. I picked him up in free agency after week 2, dropped him a few days ago because I thought LT was going to start and then was able to pick him right back up before the game when I heard CP was playing. It's as if people just don't realize that he is the highest scoring kicker in fantasy football.
