In NYC, Channel 9 (WOR TV) - who had exclusive rights to local coverage of Giant games that don't appear on NBC or CBS - says they were betrayed (and they were).

How about this: Give the Cardinal - Rams game to WOR.

I for one believe the Card - Ram game will be an offensive gunfight that could total as many as 100 points (you heard it here). Give it to Channel 9.

Yeah, and bring the Merry Mailman and Joey Hetherton back to channel 9 too along with Lindsey Nelson and Bob Murphy and the Knothole Gang while you are at it. Jeff as you well know the DEEP pockets have the leverage and a local network surely was not going to get the game.
