I actually got to sit on Charlie's loge seats for a game (the company I worked for did a bunch of work for American Continental) Cards vs Eagles.

somewhat interestingly -- Charlie got nailed for investing in projects that Federal regulators expected to be colossal failures: Tatum Ranch, the Phoenician Hotel and Estrella Moutain Ranch, among others -- all of which turned out pretty well.

Makes you wonder who was really right afterall.
