Here are the suns questions:

Jason (Fairfax, VA): Regarding the Suns/Wizards trade,will Jahidi White be a factor for the Suns? Was Brevin Knight picked up for salary cap reasons or will he see playing time?

Chad Ford: The Suns needed a big man in the worst way. If White can stay healthy (he played just 16 games last season) he'll give them some much needed brute strength. He can't turn the team around by himself, but he can help.

Knight was a salary cap move. The trade helps the Wizards clear $5.9 from their cap next season. That puts them roughly $5 million under for the summer of 2004.

Josh (Tucson): Can't the Suns unload Penny for a big man? It seems some team could use him off the bench. How about the Pistons, Clips, etc.?

Chad Ford: Right now the Suns couldn't unload Penny for a dead man.

It's been 25 years since I moved from N.J. to Phoenix. Do they still make Pabst Blue Ribbon?

what does this say to all the penny lovers. you see he didnt say the suns couldnt trade penny because of his salery. it was the suns couldnt unload penny for a deadman. i think that is almost what penny is on defense.
