I hope you didn't mean DA (David Aldridge). Because if he was the one that said that Thornton would be a bust, then you just KNOW that Thornton will be the next HOFer and I would say draft him NOW!!!!

Hey, shut up, Jared Jeffries will still be a better pro than Amare, he just hasn't developed his game yet.

Dude, you're preaching to the choir. I proposed a Stoudemire/Nash/Marion/#24/#29/ATL 08 #1 for Jeffries/salary pieces not too long ago....

If only I thought there was a chance in hell that NYK would bite on that....

Another dark horse in the Yi sweepstakes might be Portland, which is trying to get another top 10 draft pick. As I've mentioned before, the Bulls seem like a possible trading partner, with Zach Randolph involved.

They lucked out in getting Oden but want another Top 10 pick to get a SF most likely Green or Brewer, if not Yi. If they get those 2 to go with Roy, Aldridge and Jack look out for the Blazers.

The Blazers are young and getting younger. It takes a lot longer for a really young team to play up to their talent.

But once they do, Paul Allen can afford to go way over the cap and resign 3-4 guys to near max deals, if necessary, to keep the team together. Also, Roy won't take long to reach his potential. However, some of the rest may take quite a while.
