Really? I somehow remember Keim and Arians more or less completely overhauling the roster in his first season. Bascially burned the previous team to the ground and started fresh.

That team won 10 games.

The thing is Keim overhauled an old GMs roster. He may be reluctant to overhaul this team because it will prove he has made a lot of poor roster decisions the last 3 years and like BA may be too arrogant or stubborn to admit that even though we all know.
