Less than four months away from the 2025 NFL draft, mock drafts will have the Arizona Cardinals going a lot of different ways. They could go with a pass rusher, a defensive tackle, an offensive lineman or receiver.

in a new mock draft from NFL.com's Charles Davis, the Cardinals go with an offensive lineman.

Pass rushers Abdul Carter, Jalon Walker, Mykel Williams and Mike Green are all off the board by the 16th overall pick, so he has them taking Texas offensive tackle Kelvin Banks.

The Cardinals love playing power football. They need to keep fortifying their O-line to give RB James Conner a runway to the secondary.

This would not be a sexy pick and Banks might have to play guard as a rookie, as the Cardinals have a starting right tackle in Jonah Williams. But Williams will be a free agent in a year and Banks could slide over and be the right tackle moving forward.

I fully believe that the Cardinals could go this route if they don't have a pass rusher or defensive tackle they love.

Texas A&M's Shemar Stewart is still available, but with only 4.5 career sacks and never more than 1.5 in a season, he falls into the 20s.

The Cardinals have used their three first-round picks in the last two years on a receiver, defensive lineman and tackle, either from the Big Ten or SEC. Taking Banks would continue the trend of taking premium positions from big conferences.
