Zach Randolph is as good as gone at this point. They'll probably also look into trading Webster for somebody that can produce right away. If they could somehow end up with Conley and a small forward like Battier, they'd be in position to really turn into a great team.

Imagine if they can get one of Atlanta's glutton of SF for Randolph and Jack. That team could be scary good quickly.
