Hall of Famer
The chemistry between Kyler and Marvin doesn't seem to have improved as the season has gone on which is worrying.

Not having DHop this year, in my opinion, probably cost us 2-3 more in the "W" column. That's my story and, well, you know...In hindsight I wish the Cards had a guy like D HOp they brought back just for the 1 year so Marv's rookie season wasn't all on him to be the guy. And also to give Marv someone to look at and learn from for one year. I know D Hop is not a big practice guy but so many things he did are things Marv really struggles with, contested catches, highpointing the ball, protecting the ball with his body, etc.
I think that's probably the biggest failure for him with the Cards this year that the most experienced receivers on the roster are dortch and Zay Jones.
this is the most disturbing thing about both our staff and Harrison. He's getting WORSE as the season goes on. That's really worrisome.Zero growth in a young prospect points to coaching to me.
Talk about squandering talent.

Too many Marv threads but needs to be said.
Marv has 2 games this year over 100 yards, Rams and Miami. The Rams were missing THREE starters in their secondary for that game. The Dolphins were missing 2.
The next highest yards total he's had this year, 64, then 60. 10 of his 15 games this year he's had less than 50 yards receiving. We are seven games removed from the Dolphins game.
Whatever the issue is, it's real.
Marv needs to live with Fitz this off-season.
Well we tried. We had the tiniest Wr room in the league. We moved on from Brown and the other little guy that can no longer recall. We just need to pretend he doesn't exist. That the pick did not happen, we did not have #4 in the last draft, just #27. Call it Bob if you really need to refer to it.
We will get a WR1 in free agency and that will spark an offense that was undermanned at WR this year. It was incredibly irresponsible of Monti to go into the season with just Wilson, Dortch and Jones at WR.
For people saying that Bob's 1st season reminds them of Fitzgerald's, it reminds me a lot more of Jerry Jeudy's.
He needs to develop an attitude. Way too passive.Marv needs to do some long soul searching in the offseason. He needs to do a lot of work. He also needs a new QB that will help him develop his game.
I will say I do believe Kyler is at least 85% of the reason Marv hasn’t been what we were hoping
But if Marv, BTJ, & Nabers all played with the same QB, I believe BTJ & Nabers would still be better.
Kyler is to blame for MHJ.I will say I do believe Kyler is at least 85% of the reason Marv hasn’t been what we were hoping

Kyler is to blame for MHJ.
However, I think Cards fans would be feeling better about Kyler if he had Nabers. Supercharged Kirk to help restore the deep ball thats been missing.
MHJ needs well...a CJ Stroud kind of QB who can layer throws over the middle to him.
Nabers has played with 3 different QBs. The difference is Dabol is actually an offensive genius while we have Peturd.
MHJ needs a better coordinator and more of a mean streak.
Again McBride has zero issue getting balls from K1. We don’t have a single WR with 1K yards. It’s a feature of this offense to deprioritize the WR position.
Calling Dabol an offensive genius, as head coach of one of the worst offenses in football since he took the Giants job is the funniest ways to make a roundabout defense of Kyler that I’ve seen yet.The Giants have been the worst offense in the league for two years.
