They have some stuff that I dont agree with, but some interesting ideas never the less.

I liked very little about this league. I especially hated their sliding salary threshold.

Just put in a cap that is equal to all teams regardless of market size. Their idea pretty much guarantees New York and LA will be in the finals every year.
