Unfortunately all 3 tickets above were losing efforts. Strange thing looking at those ChiCard schedules for those years(56-57). They had home and home series' against Pittsburgh and the Giants. Don't see that today.

Ah, division games. Cardinals 2014 schedule - home and home vs. Seattle, San Francisco, St. Louis.

*sigh* If you took the time to actually look up what I mean instead of being a snarky jackhole, you'd see that what I'm referring to are home and home games 2 weeks in a row, which is what home and home means. So you can shove your remark. But let me help you since you're so damned lazy to do it yourself:

Thanks for posting those ChiCard. I'm an aficionado of old tickets.

$4.00 was a pretty good chunk of money in 1956. Interesting to see the prices. (I've kept a lot of old tickets from games and events I've attended. Just grabbing one for a sort-of comparison: Angels/Royals game at Anaheim Stadium, April 6, 1973: $3.50. Terrace level first base side. Nolan Ryan got the win.)

Found a shirt

Found a Chicago Cardinal shirt on eBay. Only $15!

eBay item #220523638116. I haven't been a member long enough to post the link.

Now if I could just find a cap...

This remimded me.

On a job last week I was adding some lights in some kids room and looked on the cork board at the pennents wondering if they had a Cardinals in the group.

Saw the Cards pennent an then noticed that it was the St Louis Cardinals.....then I realized it was the St Louis FOOTBALL Cardinals.

His mom (who was telling me the work she wanted done when I noticed) said that if there was a duplicate I could have it.

Later she came out with a stack and said she was sorry but there wasn't duplicat Cardinals one. Her husband was there and althouhb he didnt really say much almost went out of his mind that she would give one away.

I have that pennant somewhere. It's a little beat up but I hope to put it up again someday.

I found a Chicago Cardinals embroidered cap. It has the old logo of the cardinal on the football and the word "Chicago Cardinals" on the front. It is red & black. Unfortunately they are not online yet. It was new and the cost is $40. As soon as I receive it I will post details on the quality and how to get them. I am a newer member so I can not post pics or links.
