patrick maholmes ran for 11 lousy yards tonight - was sacked 5 times after being pressured 20 times - that's not good

we got gannon for defense - and I'm not disappointed in rallis - like at all - but there's one glaring difference my red feathered friends - we can't get to the quarterback

perhaps if we ultimately do that - everything else might be easy - cuz it sure looks easy for the eagles tonight - we've seen it all season - only way to beat good teams is by getting to the quarterback

Have hardly watched any of this game (just a couple of minutes prior to halftime) as the matchup didn’t intrigue me. I have, however, glanced at the stats. on and off and three things stand out:
1) Philly is really, really good and it’s because they’re strong up front on both offense and defense
2) KC’s too many close wins finally caught up with them as they’re simply not that good this season (their point differential wasn’t great)
3) Philly has played it smart today in going for the throat—took any officiating shenanigans out of the game
