Last two years I have rooted for the Chiefs in the Super Bowl. I just see extremely one sided officiating now and it frustrates me to no end.
I just see poor officiating across the board. I watched the earlier game and saw some blatant calls that went the other way too. Officiating in most sports for me I'm finding is the biggest turn off. I get that these people are human, but what do we have instant replay for, if they seemingly can't get it right with visual evidence...

You can tell me how fast a player was running almost immediately but you can't get the spot of a ball right? It's nonsense.

SMH. I thought Allen clearly got the first down. I want RFID chips in footballs that can measure first downs down to the millimeter instead of this arcane chain that they have used for decades.

I also thought that was an interception, although in the grand scheme it wouldn't have mattered much, since there was a penalty on the play...

All I took out of todays game is that we really suck….

Legit we are 2-3 offensive linemen, 2 WR, 2 DL, and 2 Edges from being decent. Or you need to get the next Daniels and honestly the former is easier than the latter.

AND we have to win the division because Vikes, Packers, Commanders, Eagles, Lions are equipped to not step back for 2-3 years.

I really want to punt on this like I want to punt on the Suns. I see mediocrity here and there.

They already have RFID chips in the footballs. It's how they get all those stats. They just don't use it for in game stuff.

they definitely need to use technology for forward progress. that would end debates about spots and having to look through a massive pile of bodies to determine where the ball is at. soccer does it with goal technology to make sure the ball gets over and it's never wrong anymore. that said I don't think the refs decided this game. Buffalo struggled today at times on both sides of the ball. I think the bills offense kept running the same dumb plays in those short yardage situations and that came back to haunt them. and they got lucky on one of those sneaks that Allen didn't fumble the ball and lose it. I feel like if they get Josh Allen out of the pocket away from all those bodies on those plays he can run or throw like Mahomes was doing on the other side.

Driving out the LA that day and I had been planning on leaving early, now I am thinking wait until about 1, miss the game but experience almost no traffic.

We’ve got two of the best at their position to ever play the game, in their prime.

Mahommes and Barkley are reason enough for me to watch.
I would obviously agree with you on Mahommes, but Barkley is one of the best to play the RB position? How far does your ranking go? I wouldn't put him in the top 5 certainly at the moment. Top 10?

I understand the hate of both teams. especially the eagles, but these are the two best teams in the NFL in my opinion. the chiefs have to be the worst one loss team I've ever seen, yet they are going for a freaking 3-peat. and it also makes for a good rematch from when the eagles almost beat the chiefs, that ironically also ended on a PI call in favor of the chiefs. it was PI, even the eagles defender admitted it. that was back when Taylor Swift was an eagles fan though right? so that kind of curbs the idea that she is impacting the NFL and in turn impacting the refs. they were chiefs fans back then too I guess...
