Kind of late been busy.

I do not see the suns playing real hard in this game, but the Clips will be trying because it is a must game for them.

LAST GAME OF THE REGULAR SEASON! YIKES!!

We win tonight and it pretty much locks GS into the 8th seed (assuming the Lakers beat Sac).

I just looked at the boxscore and i see that all of our starters have played so far in this game, and all have over 10mins played in the first half alone.

Please explain why D'Antoni has to be the only coach in the West top 3 still playing his starters when the games no longer matter? Dirk, Howard, Duncan and Parker are all done for the rest of the regular season yet we continue to risk our stars.

D'Antoni needs to be hung from the rim if anything happens to anyone in our top 7.

Come on, unlike the Mavs the Suns organization probably cares about fair play.

What the Mavs are doing is poor sportsmanship, to rest their starters and give a team fighting for the last playoff spot a free win.

I think the league should take actions against that, it's not good for the league or the fans watching that a team blatantly gives away free wins to teams that are still fighting for positions.

Because D'Antoni is a dumba$$. This game is meaningless. If a starter gets hurt D'antoni will never hear the end of it from the media and fans. This makes no sense.

I call complete and utter "ass" on that - the team's objective is to WIN A TITLE. To win a title, you likely need perfect health - why not do everything in your power to accomplish that goal?

it's EXACTLY what we should be doing.

The starters could just as well get injured in practice. I mean we have nothing to play for, the starters can avoid any risks and not go for loose balls and rebounds.. It's no different from practice. But at least give an honest effort if the game isn't totally meaningless for other teams in the playoff hunt.

you're right - so why DOUBLE THE CHANCE they could get hurt by playing them in practice AND GAMES!?

and the practice thing is BS considering they're not playing someone who desperately needs to win and will pull out all the stops to try and beat you.

it's just flat out stupid to have these guys out there right now.

This is getting ridiculous, no one outside of our top 8 have even sniffed a minute in this game yet.

You would swear the suns were playing for something right now.

How do you know the starters practiced the last 2 days? They probably didn't but play the game instead.

then that's even more ******** - your playing a desperate team who will pull out any stops to win and our guys can't possibly be focussed with seeding locked up - that's a bad combo - hell, we all almost threw up when we saw that Amare play yesterday - why even chance something like that happening again when there's NOTHING to play for?

He played some half-assed defense on Tim Thomas early, but he's picked up his aggressiveness since then. Hopefully he keeps this up and carries it into the playoffs. TT has hit 3 wide open 3ptrs because Boris has slacked off on defense.

it would be nice to see the reserves just put this game away so DA doesn't even have to THINK about putting back in the starters.

man diaw is looking like he did in the playoffs.

He's playing aggressive attacking the rim, and still is making the pass when its there.

This is very encouraging seeing the 2nd team playing this well. The only negative of this game has been the poor defenisve rebounding. It has looked somewhat better the last 10 mintues or so though.

man, Shawn would be so much more of an offensive force if he just perfected that little back down, turn around flip.

I usually agree with you but that's not true, practice is universally held as a virtue so it's overlooked by fans. Players could get hurt in practice too.

Having said that, D'antoni is a real moron for plaing these guys in practice or games right now, just let them chill.

Boris is making strong, decisive decisions tonight - he's GOT to be this guy come playoff time. He gives us such a huge advantage on mis-matches.
