Yes, Oubre is a flawed offensive player. While he gives nice hustle on the defensive end, he is not an efficient offensive player - and really never has been in the NBA. We can argue over whether he is likely to improve - I tend to think after 4 years you aren't going to see much improvement.

This is why I would not pay him more than 12 million at max a year - and even that I feel is really too much.

Out rebounded us 12-4. Y’know the rebounds seem to even out as games go on but almost every time I look at box mid game we are trailing by 8 or more in the rebound column. So even if our average has seemed better, we just get killed on the boards.
