Holiday immediately displaces Payton in the depth chart, and I think he might push Cam Payne some. JJ is pretty cagey. He is bringing in well-rounded players. No defensively deficient players for him.
Funny thing is... I always loved his passion on the defensive end a little more than I did his obvious prowess behind the arc.

Terrance Mann has been a focal. GSW minus Draymond can't defend cutters

I want to talk the Clippers but the story of tonight is Klay Thompson was straight doo doo. That guy has zero chance of creating his own shot right now

From the Clippers side Hartenstein really showed in limited minutes.

As noted, the Clippers beat the Warriors last night with nicely balanced scoring. They did it with their starting five scoring in double figures and Robert Covington off the bench with 11 points.

Players like Marcus Morris Sr., Nicolas Batum, Reggie Jackson and Terence Mann tend to be players that pose a defensive problem for the Suns with their quickness and ability to spread the floor. Of course the Clippers have Ivica Zubac in the middle.

Even in his prime he was strictly catch and shoot

This game for some reason, doesn’t feel like it’s gonna be a blowout. Clippers always play us tough. Mann has really improved. I’d like to see our guys come out focused and not fall behind. Would be nice if Book had a good shooting game at home. He’s shooting 42% at home and 48% on the road.

Clippers games are always scrappy.

I'm not going to lie, this game has me concerned for a couple of reasons. one is we are 2 days away from the break, and 2 the clips are playing really good basketball lately.

I'm pretty sure Beverley let them some instructional videos on how to injure CP3 or how to break Booker's nose while still making them look almost unintentional to a vision-challenged referee.

Ill likely regret this post, but poor Clippers have to play the Suns on the second half of a B2B on TNT.
