Note, that in a question to Urban in his blog comments section I asked which coaches were under contract. He thinks Mike Miller may be the only one not under contract for 2011. That was just at the top of his head though.

Although it could still happen, Mike Miller as your next full time OC is not the slam dunk people may think it is.

that too, they may lose their 7 mercedes if they didnt budget properly but making over 500k a year you should be set for a few years when you get fired.

plus our money employs them, our money will dwindle if they dont start winning and stop selling out the games.

Lets look at the NFCW overall. These Team needs are from 11/17 and by no means do I agree, totally. but it is a great concept by CBS and a decent starting point concentrating on each divisions draft needs.

young coaches, worse division for years running = influx of top talent, not just the first round but high in each round for a decade!

We are gong backwards while they are improving, solid drafts low risk maintance draft is needed, But we lucked out with DRC, Beanie, and Dan Williams in the 1st rounds, all top talents. Have we made the most of tem NO!

Our coaching staff has lost its way. Whiz could give a crap about football fundementals, and creating a healthy enviroment for players to develope.
He wants to squeeze the life out of them, or blow their life up!

Proof is on the field, in the front office and on the local news.

No oline could survive these circumstances, 66% passing 600 attempts for 3 years. They have over achieved and if they aint burnt out like Q, Dansby, Rolle, Kurt,they should be.
