Everything fine since he stated that Mims can learn to run routes from fitz
Don't remember it happened before

Our offense wasn’t bad at all last year matter fact pretty damn good after week 4, but our defense might be the worst in the nfl we really need to address that

Ignores the complete void at inside linebacker and doubles up on the offensive line after extending Humphries. No
ILB can be addressed in free agency and is one of the few spots where there's a couple of decent available options.

Building a mammoth, talented OL in front of Kyler would help this offense tenfold throughout his career.

True. Let’s see what Michael B does in free agency. Ready for the draft

I would. I think slot depends on free agency but I think we need playmakers at receiver and in the defense

This is the problem with so many fans. They want go faster stripes and trick suspension while the engine is falling apart.

Linebacker sucks in the draft. That's what FA is for.

You don't draft for now. You draft for next year.

I don’t think Mims will be there.

I’m still eyeing for Quartney Davis.

We'll remember that when you "dump" on a draftees' first season production.

I'm not saying rookies should not be expected to perform. Especially top 40 picks.

But from a roster management perspective no good GM would be drafting to fit immediate needs. That why Ruiz to replace Sweezy makes sense for next year.

The fact Keim NEEDS rookies to come in and fill holes right away shows why he sucks so much. His roster planning sucks ass.

I don't think is a bad group
Simmons
Patrick Queen
Kenneth Murray
Anfernee Jennings

Simmons isn't a LB. Not a Mike anyway.

Anfernee Jennings plays edge.

There 2 MILB in the entire draft worthy of starting year 1. And both have issues. Murray can't cover and Queen struggles with tackling.

Simmons is everything u want cause he can excel almost everywhere on defense

I was talking about lb, in 4/3 and 3/4
And Jennings can offer versatility
He had 16 pass deflections in 2 seasons

Queen is a 3 down linebacker and likely will be drafted in the first round

Murray has the tools and speed to be a starter from day 1

Wirfs is being projected to guard in the league. If you are going to take a tackle eighth overall, take one that might not have to be moved inside.

What I'm reading is that scouts believe he CAN play tackle, but is a potential all pro at guard.

Unless its Brandon Scherff from Iowa (taken #5). :)

You grumbled about this mock not filling the need at LB but then highlight that 2 of those guys are not worth 8 and will be gone by 40. The other isn't a starting ILB and Simmons has 74 snaps at LB.

I don't see where you think a starting LB is an option.
