Fresh out cream. I almost used evaporated milk in my coffee. I used heavy whipping cream instead. Luckily I’m going grocery shopping in a couple of hours

One of my favorite coffee drinks ever was in Jamaica and I told the coffee host to make it the way the locals drink it and she made it with a touch of sweetened evaporated milk. It was heavenly.

There is never a bad time to repost this video

I told a server who my coworkers kept hitting on with corny lines, "I like my coffee black, like my soul." My coworkers got pissed because she ignored them and almost exclusively became just my server at the table. LOL. She said she never heard that one, and she said she liked that. :)

Don't know the post it in here or in the liquor thread but why not here.

For those of you who drink alcohol espresso martinis are hard to beat. But my carajillos are absolutely divine.

I'm enjoying one right now watching the ASU game.

1.5 oz espresso - room temperature
1 oz Licor 43
1 oz decent Reposado tequila. (I prefer Cazcanes No 7)
Orange slice
Fresh ground cinnamon if you like it

Add the above liquors into a cocktail shaker with ice. Squeeze a slice of orange into it. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Take your orange peel rub it around your cocktail glass rim and put it in your cocktail glass.

Strain the cocktail into the cocktail glass so you have no ice in it. Discard the ice from your cocktail shaker and pour the cocktail back in it with the orange peel. Dry shake for another 15 seconds or so.

Add ice to your cocktail glass and pour the cocktail over it including the orange peel. You will get a delicious crema on top of the cocktail. If you want you can top off with a little bit fresh ground cinnamon.

Omg this is fucktaculous.
