I'd really like to see Clemson win but I don't think it's going to happen. If they do then I might really try to fly out for the game. There's two of us on my team at work. The other guy lives in an ATL suburb and went to Clemson. So it'd make for a fun little clash between coworkers.

If Clemson cannot stop Texas ground game they will be in for a long day. If they stop the Texas ground game they will probably get lit up in the air. I will be surprised if we don't see more of Manning in the red area on offense.

Notre Dame is the big name program that I trust the least to win their game but I still think they will win. I think SMU is probably the underdog most likely to win.

What a terrible effort by Indiana. The game wasn't as close as the score indicated.

Indiana had no wins over a Top 25 team this season. Alabama only has itself to blame for not being in the CFP, though, with the regular-season losses it suffered.

Agreed. Alabama has only themselves to blame

Texas has taken this game over very quickly
they have played really well. just want to see them play to their potential. they often get soft once they get a lead. and we are seeing it here at the end of the half. Clemson are really putting a lot of guys at the line of scrimmage to stop the run. Texas need to make them pay for it.

Texas are inconsistent in some of the skill positions. that's the one thing holding them back.

great way to end the half after the costly interception. Texas caught a break for sure that the TD was called back thanks to a bad personal foul. hopefully that Texas player is ok I don't think they can go much farther without him.

Man these first round games are making a big argument why there may not have been a reason to extend to the field to 12. Wasn’t what I expected.
