Following the first wave of NFL free agency, how do these new additions to the roster alter how the Indianapolis Colts could go about the 2025 NFL draft? Let's take a look at some post-free agency mock drafts.
With GM Chris Ballard swinging big and bringing in Charvarius Ward and Cam Bynum, while additions can still be made in the secondary, that position group when it comes to the NFL draft is no longer a major priority.
However, tight end still is, while bolstering the offensive line depth after losing Will Fries should be on Ballard's radar, along with continuing to add to the defensive front. Competition at linebacker could also be a somewhat sneaky early-round pick by the Colts as well.
So, now taking into account the new additions that have been made over the last handful of days, here is who several draft analysts have the Colts selecting in the first round of the 2025 NFL draft:
Kyle Stackpole, CBS Sports
Will Campbell, OT, LSU
James Foster, 33rd Team
Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan
Marco Enriquez, Pro Football Network
Coltston Loveland, TE, Michigan
Hayden Winks, Underdog Fantasy
Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State
David Helman - FOX Sports
Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan
Josh Edwards - CBS Sports
Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan
Nate Tice - Yahoo! Sports
Tyler Booker, IOL, Alabama
