I don't hate the Cowboys as much now that they're not a division rival. All my hate is focused on the Rams, 49ers, and Seahawks.
I can see that. I don’t hate teams, but I do understand the fan side and the media bias that gets annoying. For example the false narrative that the cowboys solved all of their problems after the 49ers loss. If I weren’t a Dallas fan I would be in the same boat in getting joy out of watching them fail. And I do think it’s funny because it’s like clockwork watching them get overhyped time after time.

Full disclosure: WAY WAY back in the olden days (late '80s) I was a member of the Dallas Cowboys Band. The last season that they had live music at the old Texas Stadium. Got to work with the Cheerleaders, got free tickets, and sat in the stands and played with a truly GREAT band. All pro musicians. Most of whom went on to do amazing things (Harry Connick, Lincoln Center with Wynton Marsalis, Maynard Ferguson, David Letterman Band, etc., etc., etc.). Despite my feelings about the football team, I will always cherish that experience.

I understand why so many people on this board hate the Cowboys, as there are probably more Cowboy fans than Cardinal in AZ. Most of my years as a Cardinal fan were spent in the NFCE days. I grew up in NYS, so I had to listen to all the Giants fans. After college, I ended up in DC, and those were the Redskin dynasty years when they would mostly pummel us twice every year. And then my company transferred me to PA & I had to listen to moron Eagle fans. So for me, I always hated that ENTIRE division. I hope Jones runs the team until he’s 100 & Dak is there another decade. It’s phenomenal entertainment.

I will always be a fan of the Landry Cowboys, always!
Tom Landry was an icon. The nfl could use his silhouette in the logo. I always respected the cowboys...until jerry jones bought the team and just unceremoniously kicked Landry to the curb.

I think it was a similar situation to the Acura Legend.... the car was so well known and popular folks on the street talked about the Legend and didnt even know what an Acura was...so Acura stopped making the Legend... Jones wanted to be synonymous with the dallas cowboys and that just wasnt going to happen with coach Landry on the sidelines.

Haha!

The Packers have played at AT&T Stadium three times during the playoffs and won all of them. That's more than the Cowboys, who call that stadium home. In 2011, the Packers beat the Pittsburgh Steelers 31-25 in Super Bowl XLV. Sure, it wasn't the Cowboys, but the game did take place at their house

When Jerry Jones meets god I’m sure the first question will be, “ Will the Cowboys ever win another Super Bowl?”
Gods answer will be, “Abolutely, but not in my lifetime.”

My disdain for the cowboys will never go away. They are classic front runners that get slobbered over by Jerry Jones sycophants on a yearly basis.
