Well except for the fact that phoenix hasn't had 4 championships (3 recently) under D'antoni and the current group of players unlike the Spurs and Popovich.

I dont think PJ has done much. The lakers are stacked this year and I dont think they will win it all this year. With the bulls team that he had and with the Shaq and Kobe teams. They were stacked.

Ha! that would be ironic that the Suns have been trying to build themselves to beat the Spurs and the Spurs are now irrelevant. That's what happened to the Mavs a couple of years ago when they completely changed their team.

And the hornets beat the spurs by adapting to the spurs defense. The spurs focussed on CP3, west went went off for 30, they focus on west down low, Peja kills them from outside and CP3 penetrates when they try to closeout peja. The suns wont beat the hornets by simply "dumping the ball to amare down low". Yeah just feed the beast and lose. The hornets lakers and blazers are the new faces of the elite in the west, building a team to beat the spurs is a worthless goal.

Hornets are taking this series, they are loaded. I hate the Spurs and seeing their sad faces makes me feel happier. Flopping works against mediocre teams like the Suns but not against great teams!

I want PJ or Pop, but neither would ever happen. Jeff Van Gundy is getting a lot of play here. I think a guy like Carlisle would be interesting but it sounds like he's going to Dallas. I expect Kerr to hire some inexperienced puppet.
