Larry broke or tied several records today, all of which I cant remember at the moment to specifically list. I know a couple:

Fastest to 6 1000yd seasons.

Franchise record for 1000yd seasons.

There was atleast 1 more but I dont recall, help me out.

Anyway, congrats to Larry on all the records he broke today and for torching the Niners for us.

I was actually very proud of Cardinal fans today, I'm not sure if they showed it on TV but when they announced all the records Fitz broke today, the stadium erupted into a LOUD chorus of LARRY, LARRY, LARRY. It was freaking awesome.

You sir are not only my favorite player of all time, but you're also a class act, and a total freak of nature. I'm very happy that I've had a front seat to your career thus far and look forward to watching you finish it.

I thought they said he tied the record for being the youngest to 6 1000yd seasons. I could be wrong, it wouldn't be the millionth time or anything!

Fitz was involved in every TD today. Scored 1, was the lead blocker on the other (hell of a block by the way), and his long catch and run led to the other. He's a great blocker of a WR which gets overlooked because of his playmaking ability

I dont think its overlooked. When we had Q here announcers often said we had the best blocking tandem of WR's in the NFL.

For the record:

Fitzgerald

- 30th career 100-yard game

- eighth player in NFL history to top 1,000 yards receiving in six of his first eight seasons

- franchise record 6th 1,000 yard season

he's both faster and stronger than he gets credit for.

Not "special" in either of those catagories, but good enough to make him a superstar when added to his great hands and unmatched ability to go up and get the ball.

So glad to hear that chant. I had tried to get that going for years with little success. Favorite athlete of all time.

Fitzgerald is unbelievable. Even with Skelton telegraphing his passes, Fitz still is able to pluck the ball from double and triple coverage. Some of the catches he made yesterday were just amazing. Yet I find myself saying that almost every week.

Or, in Espanol, muy awesome-o! :p

(Yeah, pretty much every post to MrYeahbut I get to use the :p smiley.) ;)

Larry esta uno rockin' hombre!

Far be it from me to mess with your lingo, but what the hey...

esta-- is for temporary conditions... hungry, tired etc.

es-- is for a state of being.. Larry is a bad man and that ain't changing

uno is truncated to un in front of masculine singular nouns... betcha didn't know that one:)

adjectives when modified by an adverb tend to follow the noun...

por eso: (therefore).

¡¡¡El es un hombre muy malo!!! = He's a bad man!!!

don't hate on me ok?? I study Spanish at night for a hobby.:D

Actually I did. But I've been speaking L.A. street Spanish for too long.

And I could never hate on you MrYeahbut. Nev-ah! (Unless I find out you have a statue of Tommy Trojan in your living room then all bets are off. :D)
