You guys had a tremendous second half and kicked our butt. You deserved it.

Thank you for being a good sport. Like most rivalries, we throw aside all scruples and focus on beating the snot out of the opponent and afterwards, we add salt to the wound after victory or run like cowards after defeat.

As for the game, it wasn't all that competitive, especially in the 2nd half. I was expecting the worst after Cryer downed the snap at our own 19. Thankfully, we never let that get into our heads.

The Territorial Cup stays in Tucson for at least a year and hopefully for a lot longer. I anticipate a much closer game next year, as the game will be in Tempe and ASU will inevitably be better next season.

I have never seen a worse ASU offense then the last couple weeks. I really appreciate everything Rudy has done but I am ready to turn the page.

I thought ASU would have a very good offense this year but when you don't have a decent offensive line, you will struggle.

The way you feel about Carpenter, I'm looking forward to watching Scott or Foles next year. Tui has been a decent quarterback but there have been games where he looked like a high school qb, like the New Mexico game.

Looking forward to next year's game.

I was at the game with about 20 other ASU fans (we sat together in the lower bowl, West side). Congrats goes to the Wildcats - they ran the ball, the threw the ball. ASU defense was decent, but they had no answer for Gronkowski, and that tiny RB was a lot tougher than you might think just by looking at him.

For the most part, 85% of the fans surrounding us were pleasant and fun... of course, there were those that were not so fun... but that happens everywhere.

Congrats Cats.

Oh, and Rudy - you are such a loser. Good riddance to you and your dad.

Was talking to an ASU fan at the game who had a couple drinks with Rudy's father earlier this week. Rudy Sr. (or whatever his name is) said he was expecting Rudy to be drafted in the second or third round and to get a shot at starting in a couple years.

Hilarious. Not only is Rudy Carpenter marginally talented but he's a first rate douchebag who is almost universally hated by fans of his team and teammates. Guys like that never stick, even in the Arena League.

Yeah, I was sitting in an area that was predominantly ASU, and not going to lie, most were complete a-holes to me and my buddy.

Even had one dude basically threaten me and tell me that I don't know one player on my team, but whatever, it's cool.

Awesome evaluation. Rudy is Rudy's number 1 fan. I am an ASU fan, and I am not sad about seeing him leave.

Congrats Cat fans, good luck against BYU.

Unfortunately, every school has their jerks but usually most fans from all schools are good people.

When this weeks game was still close, the dope announcer said Rudy C has a little Favre in him.

Thank goodness I was watching this on my new DVR. Only about 30 seconds fast forwarding through the carnage.

Good job UofA.
