I went with Conner. He just looks faster than people think. He seems to get an extra 2 or 3 yards on every run. If you need a second back to balance him with, speedy less physical backs seem to be easy to find in the draft and FA.

Based on this years performance, I think Conner will be the more coveted of the 2 in free agency. With that being said, it would be nice to re-sign them both to cheap deals. I’m honestly not sure who I would pick if I had to choose though.

Conner and it is easy. You saw what happened last year when we didn't have a short yardage back.

Without Conner last year we would get stuffed on 3rd and short every time. With Conner we can get the tough yards. Love Chase but Conner's game is vital to this offense. Frankly I could see us going with Eno as a Chase replacement next year if things don't work out contract wise.

I voted Conner because a lot of bigger backs are stiffs. The Cardinals can find a lot of players who do what Edmonds does.

I also think it might be easier to get Conner for cheaper.

Easier to get Conner cheaper? He may have 20tds by end of year he won’t be cheap.

I agree Conner is the choice but Chase YPC is just stellar. Its not easy to find and replace that imo.

Conner as long as he makes it through the season healthy and as mentioned before Edmonds is more easily replaced.

Conner plays with a massive chip on his shoulder. I expect him to continue beasting right through the playoffs. He's only 26. Keep him at all costs!

After everything he's been through in his life he's going to want/deserve to get paid.

I think Chase would be easier to re-sign.

Though this is tough cause both have been great. Hopefully Eno shows something the next two weeks to give us confidence we'll still have 2 good backs no matter who they choose.

Love Chase, and I want to keep them both for sure.

But Conner fights for every yard like you stole it from his family, and you better give it back to him, or there's going to be some furniture moving around in this mickie fickie.

He brings a physicality and attitude to our offense that guys like Murray and Dhop (and Chase) just don't provide.

So if you held a gun to my head, I'd say Conner, but I really want to keep them both. Love what Chase brings to the table too.

Eno looking like he wants to run like Conner. I keep Conner. That ability to get 2-3 yards almost at will is transforming for a team. Makes the red zone offense so much more effective.

I have hopes for Eno to step up for whoever leaves but there is more to being a NFL running back than just running hard. Reading the defensive alignment, pass blocking, pass catching and route running etc.

Handing the ball to Conner is an automatic 2-3 yards plus some even if no holes are available.

We won't be able to afford Conner next year as much as I would want to keep him. I think the Cardinals learned that you can't pay big money for a RB.
Cost and age will be a concern. Cost because he is a RB but might get significant offers and age because of the length of a contract for a RB.

That said, paying RBs is more about the allocation for the room than it is for one guy. We can pay Conner 7 mil and be fine though it could mean Chase is shown the door. And there is absolutely a world where we re-set the room and let them both walk if the offers are high. Take the comp picks and sign/draft another RB.

Conner is a good 26 year old, physical back so that was a great signing which expect to get extended.
