Smart baserunning, too. His second at-bat looked a bit impatient to me. Guy's throwing enough balls - make him work hard.

I would just like everyone to know that the error on Conor really wasn't his fault. That was the catcher's ball and he was running in as hard as he could when he realized that Hill didn't see it. He showed good hustle. Also his swing on his first hit was very nice.

I know this will probably forever tar me as a bunny, but - Conor has got an unusual stance, and an absolutely gorgeous swing. Carlos Quentin does too, though I think of it as a bit punchier - did you catch that Schulte started to say "Carlos" instead of "Conor" at one point?

I don't see how this could be taken in a negative way. He does haves a gorgeous classic swing.
