I just got an email from paypal telling me that they have successfully cancelled my subcription to ASFN per my request. I have no clue how that could have happened. I didn't iniciate any request for this. Any idea how this could have happened?

Edit to add-maybe I chose an option at sign up time to not automatically renew and I will have to manually renew each year
