azcardinals.com asked Lewis about the car accident. He replied,
"Corey was not injured in the accident at all. He was kind of a bystander to a second accident that happened near where his was."

So Seattle's RB can get to a game right after his wife gives birth, but Dillon can't play because he SAW a car accident?
Unbelievable!

Lewis goes on to kinda kick Dillon around by saying "The biggest thing I don’t want to do is, I don’t want him to feel obligated to play if he doesn’t feel he can shoulder that load."

Is that the P.C. way of saying shut up and play or go home?

Start Rudi Johnson - HE'S ON MY FANTASY TEAM!!!!

Cincy's gonna get even better in the offseason from whatever they get for Dillon - next year they are in the playoffs.

No...I think it's a PC way of saying Marvin Lewis is the boss around here, and Marvin is showing Mr. Dillon that he's no more important than any other member of the team. In fact, after Dillons outburst, he's less important than any other member of the team.

I think that Marvin Lewis knows just what buttons to push to get Dillon off of his lame ass. I think Cincy got lucky and found them a coach.

I think he'll be involved in a draft day trade. Maybe with the Cowboys.

No luck to it. Should have been a head coach years ago!

I keed... I keed.

Didn't they let Takeo Spikes leave for nothing? Or did they get anything for him?

We let TKO go in effort to relieve the heavy cap space that he took up. That situation was used as an example to the rest of the team. If you are unhappy.... No matter how good you are we will have no problem letting you go. We were able to get Kevin Hardy, Tory James, John Thorton and Duene Clemons for the price one player. TKO isn't playing Pro Bowl football this year anyway. He has been a big disappointment to the bills. They were expecting a lot more from him and he really hasn't delivered. Don't get me wrong he's a good LB, but not what they were expecting.

What is your feeling on Dillon after this year? Gone?

Tory James sees to be a great pick up for you guys....I live south of Coulumbus so I see quite a few Bengals games (they're my second fave team) and James has looked impressive.

Not sure about your Spikes comment since We'd love to have him and who wouldn't.

Rudi Johnson has also looked outstanding....I almost hope a rusty Dillon plays Sunday instead of Rudi.

LV I agree, Lewis should have been a HC years ago. I was referring to the Bengals as being lucky to get him.

I have a feeling it could go either way with Dillon. We still have 2 years on contract, but personally I'm sick of his attitude. It isn't healthy for the team, and coach Lewis has shown that if you don't want to be here then go. Rudi will start this weekend, but Dillon is someone to fear.

Tory James has been an excellent pickup for us. He is the closest thing to a shutdown CB we have.
