Could Kolb be a Jet in week 1?

Until I hear that he's 100% healed and can pass a physical to play it doesn't matter what roster he's on, he'll be no more than a clipboard holder.

Sure he could be a jet, but that doesn't mean he'll play.

There's little doubt in my mind that Kolb could supplant Sanchez as their starter.

Then again, Sexy Rexy is their coach and he has a tattoo of his wife wearing a ************* jersey, so all bets are off.

If you were the Jets, would you give up a draft pick and pick up his $9M salary in 2013, or would you wait until he is cut, and pay him about $3-4M max?
