John Cho has really nailed Spike.

I hated it. Thought it was complete garbage. I watched about half the series before giving up on it. I'm a huge fan of the anime though and I don't know if that is coloring me on it. Most of the changes that were made were bad and didn't work for me.

I jokingly commented in a P&R thread that whomever runs on banning Netflix from making live adaptations of anime shows gets my vote. I don't care who they are or what else they run on. After what they did to Bebop, Death Note, FMA, etc. I really don't want to see more live adaptations.

May not be the end though. Heard there is a huge uproar in Japan about this cancellation. Hello Amazon? Has there ever been a cancelled Netflix series that went to another service? Usually cancelled shows go TO Netflix not away from it.
