Believes team wins 11 games...

Given the upcoming schedule & the way this D has played (for years), their aint a chance in hades this team wins 11 games regardless of what division we're in. This team isn't even as talented as 08-09 teams were IMO. Luv me some Kolb, but I'm not drinking that :koolaid:

How come people only spike Koolaid? Seems like roofies would be more beneficial to the tainter. Except in this case it'd mean feeling up Cowherd...

Yeah, I really dont se us closing the season 10-4, I'd say more like 8-6 or 7-7...that is why I wanted the Washington game so bad because with a possible 3-0 start card only needed to 6-7 at that point to realistically win the division and 10 wins were much more possible.

Now I am concerned that the emotional let down of that WASH loss will carry over to Sea and now team is looking at 1-2 instead and will need to win go 9-4 instead.

Last I heard, we play a 16 game schedule

A loss to Seattle is inconceivable.

They are going to need every loss they can get for Luck.

whoa! I'd be shocked if we win 11 games. But then again, wasn't he the one always trashing Cam Newton (before the season started)?

Correct, we've played 2 games leaving 14 games left to be played.

I was also projecting what a win in Washington would've meant and giving us a probable 3-0 with 13 games remaining...The path to the division title would've been made significantly easier only needing to go 6-7 down the stretch.

Cowherd picked the Cardinals as one of his three best bets, last week. I forget who the other two were. Cardinals (plus four) covered, so I'm sure Colin was happy.

I would bet anything the Cards will not win 11 games. This is an 8-8 team at the very best, and at the very best, that means no dumb mistakes, no turnovers etc..The Cards will be lucky to avoid losing their next 5 games in a row.

The Cards are in their normal progression. 5-11..7-9..Now where they go from there depends on whether the Bidwills are smart enough not to handcuff or fire CKW after we go 7-9 this year.

I agree that getting to 11 wins is a stretch, but I disagree that the best we can do is 8-8. If our D shows improvement & IT SHOULD, this team could definitely win 9 & even 10 is possible.

To get to 11, we'll have to beat both Dallas & Pitt.

It's not that hard to believe.

@ seattle: should be a win, but you never know with this team. Its a toss up

Giants: Their D-Line will destroy the cards O-Line and then eat their lunch

@ Vikings: AP, enough said

Steelers: Unless they play like crap, I dont see this being close

@ Ravens: Suggs vs Levi Brown? Ya, not gonna happen

I would like to drink the kool-aid as much as anyone else, but this team doesn't play very well on the road, and the Giants and Steelers at home isn't necessarily easy...

unfortunately, i can see it happening. The G-Men can run the ball and have great WRs and their D-line will wreak havoc on our O-line. But we're at home and thus we have a shot to win but would it really surprise anyone if we lost?

Roadie against the Vikings... we have a way of making QBs with nothing left in the tank have one last hurrah against us... see our stop in this very stadium for proof of that last year.

Steelers - their D-line/LBers versus our O-line... oh my lord. A mobile QB who can extend plays against our pourous D. We've got a shot at home, but this looks like a tall order as well.

@ Ravens - another east coast roadie against and their D v. our O-line... oye.

I kinda feel like we won't even be favored to win ANY of those games. If we lose to Seattle this week, would it really shock anyone to see them get knocked around in their next four considering two of them are roadies and one of them is against the super bowl runner up and one is against a team with a sick D-line?

0-5 probably won't happen, but 1-4 seems pretty likely unless somehow doc brown brings us 30 year old Joey Porter/Clark Haggans/AW and 25 year old PP and someone sticks a caddle prod up Levi Brown's ass.

No way this team wins 11, 9 would be nice and probably enough to host a playoff.
