Whats the reaction going to be on Sunday at the UofP if Anderson goes for 200 yards, 50%, 1 TD 1 INT? How long will it take for the crowd to display their displeasure with the QB situation? I'm interested to see just how soon the crowd will let their voice be heard as I whole heartily feel its only a matter of time. I'm guessing it doesn't happen against the Raiders, but maybe a couple of games later (saints?) the boos will rain down. Hopefully I'm wrong and he plays great from here on out, but its pretty obvious, regarding the QB position, this year is going to be far worse than last.

Sorry, but I don't buy this. Any fan who would boo their own QB in their own house is just showing poor sportsmanship. It's like when the fans were booing ML during a pre-season game. Not a good thing to do.

Pfftt.... I way more worried about giving up 200 yards to McFadden and watching the Raiders march up and down the field on us.

:bang:

Could anything be more disheartening...

to a player or coach than to hear merciless boos only (3) games into the season and when you're the division champion from just a short year ago?? I don't think so. I am hoping somehow, miraculously, this doesn't happen but all signs are certainly pointing to it. GO CARDS! :D

Love it.

Sorry. I love it.

Boo the heck out of them if they are not performing.

I dunno. Just seems right, and part of the game.

I really hope the boo birds don't go there. There is no amount of boos from the crowd that will factor in Whiz's choice on QBs. I might moan, shrug, or throw my hands up in the air a couple times. But I will hope his every throw finds the receiver, and be happy when it does. It would have to be really ugly.

im hoping it doesnt happen, but it seems likely. it happens all the time in football, ESPECIALLY when there is questions with the QB position. it the cardinals are losing it is guaranteed to happen, but i do believe we will win and therefore prolong the boos another few weeks.

I don't believe in booing until the team goes in at halftime, at the earliest. I hope the fans, at least, give DA that.

You are talking about the same fans that cheered Kent Graham getting hurt? Yeah, if this game starts to go bad the boo birds will be out in force.

I expect to hear them loudly on TV for #3 after the 2nd series. I'm already preparing myself for his failure, anything else is icing on the cake.

Final score will be Cards 28 Raiders 13

They wont have to boo.

First home game of the season, coming off a bad loss. playing a below average team.

Cards win easily

If Anderson performs poorly the boo birds will be out very quickly.

I can guarantee this

in fact -- you will hear a murmuring of discontent with the first poorly thrown ball that is incomplete

Didn't you predict a 9er victory over the Saints?? :p

I did, but i think everyone saw it should have happened. They marched up and down the field on NO.

I cant help it if they cant hold onto the ball and turn it over 4 times....

edit: Of course maybe I shouldnt predict a Cards win.......uggh

Gotta hand it to you man... Thought you had a winner there. The 9ers actually outplayed the Saints and should've won that game. And I can't believe I just typed that sentance!! ;)

those boos will come early and often if the offense looks like it did in the first two quarters. you can bet on that.

Again - the greater risk is that McFadden goes all Snelling on us... we'll see if the boos crash down then as guys like DD, A-Dub, Porter, Haggans and others will have a lot to answer for.

The whole damn team had better be pumped up for this game after the pounding they took last week if not then the whole damn team deserves to be booed! And yeah DA will get booed if he continues his crappy play and well deserved as it is part of the game imo. Its easy to fix just play GOOD, well I shouldn't say easy to fix in DA's case obviously its not as he still can't throw accurately after many years of practice.

I think we will see a very focused defense this week.

Dockett has been unusually quiet this week. Here are the only tweets he has made since Sunday;

Its easy to point fingers and blame one another when it ain't going right, takes a real leader to take blame and say Get it right! TTYL

Yeah I would expect the D to come to play especially the home opener coming off an embarrassing ass whipping! They had better come to play because our D is going to decide whether we win games or not this year!

It will be even worse if we somehow are losing to the Raiders early.

I say the boo birds become vocal after the first three and out.

No doubt about it that the Boo Birds will be out. If DA throws a high pass on third down expect the place to get really loud with the Boos. Call it what you want, but it will happen. If the offense plays like it has been I would not doubt if there are chants of "We want Max" by the end of the second quarter. I remember hearing these many time when Warner was having a bad game "We want Matt". That was awhile ago, but still the same temperment with the fan base here in AZ.
