I didn't really think there were Hood detractors. Dude was ALWAYS in good position, just never made plays on the ball, but he was a stellar nickel back. I can't believe we let him walk...if not for the nickel at least for depth.

I sure as hell wasn't one of them. Hood > McFadden

McFadden is beyond a shadow of a doubt a free agent bust, we need depth at CB so bad it hurts, Adams & Brown are terrible as well. We have DRC and Toler is young and learning then what do we have?

Thank you Duck! There certainly were. People flipping out about me comparing the two. As I said I hated the Hood signing when it first happened, but he was a scrappy, smart corner who made a play every now and then. BM got abused like Mommy Dearest by every decent WR he covered this year. It's not even close what RH brought to this team as opposed to 25. How appropo that he wore Eric Greens number, he sucked just as bad! The dude's positioning is as bad as I've ever seen in a Cardinal uni.
