I really like Romero. He seems to be a very solid fielder. People will knock his average, but if you watch the games you'll notice that he does not strike out very often. He's at least putting contact on the ball. Once he stops hitting it at people his average should rise.

big game for the dbacks we will have a real good chance to take the series tonight with Haren pitching and lets hope the dodgers lose tonight , also it is good to have Juan Cruz back on board he should help our bullpen even more.

Bats are looking good again, could Reynolds be coming on? On this road trip he's 7 for his last 23 with 3 hr's and 8 RBI's. Sure would be a boost to have him go on one of his hot streaks

Haren giving up the home run to Gerut was shocking. I've seen it many times for the better D-back pitchers, blemish the first inning, but settle down for the rest of the game. He did, the bullpen didn't melt down, they offense cranked out 13 hits, the defense was solid and there were no baserunning blunders. No complaints about this one, except that there aren't enough games like this.
