This is assuming a lot of things happen.

1. D-Hop is further along in his recovery than was ever reported.
2. Cards are/will be deceitful in their injury reporting of D-Hop.
3. He plays and has a major impact.

I should have been more clear in my original post about when they would file a grievance.

Sounds like a waste of time to be honest. I mean, he's on IR, so there's no toying w/ the injury report. It would just be petty and unecessary. Kliff's injury handling is much like a college coach where he's koy about reporting. I guess it's for a competitive advantage, but who knows if that actually works in the pros.

I would have mixed feelings if Hopkins is out there playing next. On one hand we aren't a Superbowl team without Hopkins. He's our best player. On the other hand if he's come back too early he could get an injury that he never recovers from just so we can TRY to get a victory in the wildcard round.
