We didn't put him on IR last time, right? I actually wouldn't mind giving him that rest if that means we get a healthy DHop for the playoffs. He still looked a bit banged up to me the last 2 games anyways...

He is searching a second opinion on obvious bad news. I don’t think just rest is gonna be helpful. My gut says he’s likely done.

Maybe it is the 4 game IR issue and not a season ender. One can hope. We just aren't the same offense and team without him firing.

Yeah my thoughts exactly. Can’t help but assume the worst that this is a season-ending injury. I feel like second opinions are only done in desperation to find a doctor who will tell you you’ll somehow be able to keep playing this season.

Maybe...or the first doctor couldn't find anything but he is in some pain. Still hoping for the best, would even be "happy" with something that takes him out for the rest of regular season.

And he absolutely destroyed us. It was not competitive, him vs. whoever ARZ lined up against him.
Rodney Hudson disagrees and so do I, but they simply moved him away from him so he would get through... and our tackles were competitive too, but our backup guards were Achille's heels on both feet lol

For shitz and giggles, I would sign Fitz and maybe get some emotional charge... why not, since he can take the place of Isabella who does nothing anyways and makes for at least a better mascot

I still need to re-watch the game one time, but I agree that our tackles were at least "okay".

And Hudson didn't seem to get beat in pass protection either.

But that has to be the least effective our standard running game has been all year. Conner was fighting like a demon just to get a yard or two. It's great that we have K1 to pick up some of the slack in the run game, but our RB1 and RB2 have to be effective to give us the best chance to beat good teams like LA or GB or TB.

If DHop has a bad injury. This would be another major injury playing the Rams. It’s crazy. But I can’t see how there is no news on his injury at all. I can’t see how he is done for the season. And no one leaks that

I think Fitzgerald can go get us 10 yards if we need it. I am all in signing him. He still has great hands and he is a good blocker.
Literal madness around here. Let it go people. The guy was A freaking corpse last year. His production alone proves that. Some people need to learn to let go.

In the few plays that I watched, Hudson wasn't double teaming Donald. In fact, at times he shifted right and block no one, leaving Harlow one on one against Donald. I hope that wasn't scheme.

Furthermore the guy that averaged 7 YPC and had 1 whopping TD last year. Was a year younger and in actual football shape is gonna come in and be some savior? Please people give it up…

I seriously doubt the MRI showed a torn ligament and D HOp said let's get a 2nd opinion? My guess is it's something where he thinks he can play through it and they're saying no you have to take X weeks off to heal it. But I guess we'll find out, yesterday Kliff said it wasn't serious but they didn't have the MRI then.

It could be some strain where they're trying to determine if he can rest a few weeks and then play.

obviously sucks though we need him on the field.

I appreciate Fitz and loved his time here. BUT, last year showed he is done. Finished. Kaput.

He needs to play golf and wait for the gold jacket. If Hop is out the Cards have enough weapons to press on. Hopefully, it won't be a season ending thing because he would be a huge loss in the playoffs.

Hey, I'm just stirring the pot for likeys haha... actually at this point Wesley fulfills the same benefits that Fitz would in football shape right now and what he lacks in elite hands he makes up with being able to get open because he simply is younger than the ole man

Yeah I’m done investing money in games. This is absolutely absurd. Another season down the crapper. Thousands of dollars spent. Why? To feel almost all the time? Not worth it anymore.

Yeah, I love Fitz a much as everyone but he was an absolute hindrance to the offense trying to play the slot at his slower speed last year:

Respectfully disagree. Maybe you didn't notice the lack of leadership in the huddle in that disastrous final possession Monday night. Larrys hands are still Top 5 in the NFL, adding him if DHop is out upgrades this teams WR corps.
