Dalembert is cheap in the same way Joe Johnson is cheap--he saves money on your GM's phone bill, because he knows better than to even bother calling about that player.

There is a common misconception that players that are cheap are easy to get. I have no idea where this comes from because it is the exact opposite of the truth. Low priced players are like gold. You never give them up without a fight and only for something you despirately need.
When you see a low priced player being shopped, you know the team has given up on him - hardly a strong selling point.
