saw first hour of the cowboy - texan

Houston had a mess of players that didn't play. The replacements were over enthused and overran the plays. Parcell was prepared for this and called a great game. Lots of delay runs.

That said, the cowboys were in better form than last week. Hambrick and the O-line seemed really motivated. IMO if this cowboy team had shown up last week, the game would have probably been a 0-0 tie.

could be either or both. I admit that we would rather see D win the remaining preseason games than lose them, but i honestly don't think that it matters. Comparative scores can be deceiving enough in the regular season, but in the preseason?

Sept 7 is where we separate the wheat from the chaffe (sp?)

Bullcrap!!! The Dallas defense played the same as it did last week. The Cards would have scored those 13 points no matter what. The only reason the Dallas offense played better this week is because the QB wasn't running for his like on every down and the RB wasn't getting tackled in the backfield. Credit that to our DL and LB squad which is way better than what Houston has.
