Dan Williams gets praise from Arians

Contract year or not Dan has done his part since we drafted him he was great last year. One of my favorites on the team

I don't think sating it's a contract year is fair for Williams. He's always done a pretty good job. I'm sure the contract gives him some extra motivation but he's always played with good effort.

Is pointing out a contract year a bad thing? You guys act like its a slap in the face. If he looks leaner than ever, thats good and in a contract year, that is needed. We are all motivated by similar things. Hopefully he has his best year yet. Dansby was in a contract year and killed it. Contract year = the most motivated that man will ever be to play the game.

Dansby was in 3 contract years with the Cardinals. And was great in each.

Maybe that's the key to motivating NFL players and why Keim signs so many guys to one year deals.

Dansby and cromartie are prime examples of Keim understanding the market and how to use those players and Keim taking advantage of the current market.

I expect a similar situation from Cromartie where he plays to the absolute best of his abilities and if that means a good year, he will get a good contract from someone else next year.

campbell is a damn beast, dude is so huge. Ill never forget his first game, in the huddle with Mike adams right in my end zone, It looked like a man and his toddler son.
