You said that the Blazer win this trade

Actually, no, all I said was that it was "worth it" for the Blazers.

You obviously have a lesser opinion of McInnis than I do.

It comes from briefly having had him on my fantasy team.

That said, I don't think you're going to see a dropoff on the Cleveland side in statistical accumulation in games.

I agree. Miles obviously wasn't helping Cleveland win games, and he didn't seem to be a part of their future.

My whole point since the trade was in defense of the Cavs, who have been accused of really tanking this trade. I don't agree with that.

I didn't say anything about the trade from Cleveland's standpoint until you challenged me to. I'm surprised they couldn't get more. It seems like there are always teams with decent role players that they're willing to part with in order to gamble on a "talent." Cleveland will use McInnis, but only because J. R. Bremer is a joke and (apparently) they don't love the idea of making James their full-time point guard.

Always? When's the last time it happened?

And I think you should know that your attempt to sound cool by writing in street slang isn't working. It's pathetic and makes you look like an idiot.

Exactly my impression about the trade .

I think this trade could work out or fizzle for either team. I would have thought that Cleveland could get a little more for Miles, but maybe it was the media overrating and overvaluing him.

It would appear from this trade that Cleveland is trying to win games now. Supposedly they could have had Frank Williams and Harrington for Darius Miles last week.

I'm in the minority here with my opinion of Jeff McInnis. I think he is an underrated point guard. We will see how he fits with Cleveland.

I'm with you Joe. McInnis was still averaging almost 12 points a game for the Blazers this year--that's not too bad when you're like 6th on the option chart. In Cleveland, all of a sudden he's going to be the 4th option, like he was with the Clippers.

I like the trade from the Cavs perspective. McInnis is not a true point guard, but he is enough of a point guard that LeBron will not have to carry the full load. I never thought Wagner was going to be a real point guard and Olie is a career backup.

Miles still plays basketball? I thought he was an actor? :D

He's in the upcoming flick The Perfect Score.

He is only 22, so I think saying he's through is a bit much.

Time will tell.
