The fact that it happened and was reported almost 3 months ago and they finally arrested him now means that they have more evidence than just the strippers word.

But there also needs to be some accountability in the front office if they keep bringing in the wrong players. Not that the front office is responsible for all of the players' actions off of the field, but something like this requires a special type of crazy. It's hard to imagine that Philon didn't show some signs of being a psycho before this incident. He will also add yet another $3 million in dead cap money if/when he is released. These mistakes are really piling up.
