Yeah, and I've seen a few draft pundits for 2025 having us draft another D-lineman to "pair with Robinson." I'm like, the dude was out the entire year, then when he was in, did absolutely nothing. We weren't asking him to lead the league in sacks, but one single sack or a batted ball blowing up a running play would have been nice to carry on to next year, but so far, he looks like a bust. We will find out for sure next season.

I am actually bullish on Darius for what it is worth. Keion White was drafted the year before by the Pats with a similar profile and he showed a lot of improvement this year from his rookie year on a bad Patriots defense.

I'm not discrediting your concern, just stating every draft report on Robinson had him as a project as a pass rusher.

Keion White plays completely different to Robinson. White has quick feet and is elusive. He has great lateral movement and good hands.

Robinson has no lateral movement and is the opposite of elusive. He was the same playing inside in college. He tries to over power guys on every snap. He seeks engagement like it's a wrestling match.

Everything I thought about him pre draft has so far been confirmed.

Yeah tough to write a guy off on only 5 games as an injure rookie. But man he ain’t showing much flash thus far.

Yeah. Hard to argue with what he showed. I can go into it further about the things that I saw and liked but it is a small sample size. Similar to MHJ, I will just say that I am optimistic and expect to see improvement.

The simple fact that he still looked powerful at times while just turning 23 is promising...as long as he is coachable...we knew he was raw and it takes film for the coaches to show what he needs to do when...

He turned 23 in September. He’s a year older than someone like Jer’Zhan Newton. He’s more than a year older than Byron Murphy.

Texans really screwed us last year, just our luck that they look like trash this year. We could have landed Verse.

It's too soon to write him off- but gotta say- he hasn't really shown us much yet

I remember Kiper on the radio saying Robinson had one of the best pro day workouts he'd ever seen and guaranteed he'd be picked in the 1st round. I didn't watch much Mizzou football other than the bowl game where their DL destroyed Ohio State in the Cotton Bowl but I'm not big on putting more on a pro day workout than production on the field.

Can some of those saying they've seen some flashes of his power post a few vids? I keep watching him getting blown off the ball and doing the opposite of showing power.
