My condolences to his family, friends and business associates.

Especially since he was 77 and I'll turn 79 in two months. But
my health problems are just annoyances.

I have mixed emotions. Sad for him and his family. He did steer the NBA into a more prominent position in sports overall. We all know the story about the Suns and what happened. My sadness was Stern was asked about that situation and he never backed down. It would have been nice to see him show some humility and admit that maybe he could have handled the situation better. I was disappointed in him as a human that he couldn't admit a mistake. You know he knew it was a mistake when he would not come back to Phoenix on a regular basis like he did other franchises.
