Well, he did look at the spirit... when deciding on not suspending Duncan and Bowen.

Yes, I don't understand how Baron Davis cannot get suspended for his hit to Derek Fishers head and also how about Jason Terry's throw down of Baron Davis in the Warrior/Mav series where there was no punishment for this type of behavior. Bowen gets away with a slap on the wrist for hitting Nash in the groin and we get this type of punishment for the
Spurs thug tatics. Stern is not consistent in any way shape or form.

I dont think Horry has a case.. Baron's was upgrade to a F2 after the game.. Horry got a F2 during the game then it was upgraded to a suspension..

What kind of leader makes a decision like this then slinks away and hides? Hiding behind Stu Jackson.
