The South Carolina Gamecocks women's basketball team has had a lot of changes this month. Three top players were drafted into the WNBA: Te-Hina Paopao, Bree Hall, and Sania Feagin. The Gamecocks have brought on Ta'Niya Latson and Madina Okot from the transfer portal. And star player MiLaysia Fulwiley just revealed that she's committing to LSU after entering the transfer portal.

Head coach Dawn Staley's most recent response to all these changes was an emotional post about former player Hall, who is now with the Indiana Fever in the WNBA.

Staley posted about Hall on X on April 25, just hours before Fulwiley's news was made public. Staley wrote, "Let’s gooooooo @breezyhalll!! Always ready! Always steady! Listen to your vets. It’s a safe bets. Ya dig! #barzforbreezy ."

The post was written in response to pictures of Hall training with the Indiana Fever.

Staley previously posted about how proud she was of all three players and their WNBA drafts.

She wrote on X: "Thank you Lord! Proud of @GamecockWBB @tehinapaopa0 @breezyhalll @supremenia for being selected in the @WNBA draft. @AtlantaDream @IndianaFever @LASparks yall have some class act human beings and highly tested talented individuals! Let's gooooo!!!"

Paopao was the No. 18 pick, selected by the Atlanta Dream. Hall was the 20th pick in the WNBA draft, selected by the Indiana Fever. Feagin was then the No. 21 pick, selected by the Los Angeles Sparks.

Staley also recently revealed that they've added a new coach to the team: Wendale Farrow is joining as a new assistant coach.
